Play Pulse

Terms and conditions

Effective 8 November 2026

These terms apply to Play Pulse, the Mac app (the app), made by Marko Zanoski (we, us). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your license

A purchase gives you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the app on up to 3 Macs, with every 1.x update. The app remains ours. You may not copy, resell, rent, decompile or redistribute it, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

2. Trial

The app can be tried free for 14 days. After that it needs a license key to keep reading Google Play.

3. Purchase and refunds

The app is sold for a one time price, shown at checkout with VAT included. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it sells the license to you, processes the payment, charges the tax and issues the invoice, under its own buyer terms. Refund requests go to support@zanoski.com or to Dodo Payments. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

4. Your Google accounts

The app works with a service account and a key you create in your own Google Cloud project, and with the permissions you grant it in Play Console. You are responsible for those accounts, the key and what you grant. The app only reads from Play Console; in Google Cloud it makes and reads the one Pub/Sub topic and subscription live sales need. Google's own terms and any Google Cloud charges apply to your project.

5. AI agent guide

The optional prompt for an AI agent is offered as is. If you hand it to an agent, you do so at your own risk, and we take no responsibility for anything the agent does in your accounts or on your Mac.

6. Figures

Amounts, conversions and counts come from Google's APIs and the ECB daily rates and can differ from your Google payments report. Use Play Console for accounting.

7. Updates

We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the app working with current macOS versions and Google's APIs, but cannot promise it will keep working if Google changes them.

8. No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or use, arising from the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
